I had the privledge of attending the ZendCon this year (ZendCon08) in Santa Clara CA about six weeks ago. It was my first time to California and it was a blast. I studied up and passed Zend’s PHP 5 certification while there. There were a range of sessions offered from beginner to advanced level, so there was something for everybody.
